The Canadian brand Bluesound has previously announced the launch of an entire range of network players, which features the Bluesound NODE, NODE NANO, and NODE ICON models. In this article, we will focus on the most compact model in the lineup – the Bluesound NODE Nano. The Bluesound NODE Nano is a wireless music streamer that utilizes the high-quality ESS Sabre DAC chip, catering to audiophiles. This innovative device is designed to seamlessly integrate with existing audio systems, bringing them into the realm of music streaming. Its sleek and modern design ensures it can be placed in various settings, while its connectivity options include a variety of analog and digital ports such as RCA, coaxial, optical, and USB.

The device utilizes the ESS Sabre DAC chip featuring Hyperstream IV technology, enabling it to decode PCM audio at specifications of up to 24-bit/192 kHz. The Bluesound NODE Nano operates on the proprietary BluOS platform and offers native support for a variety of well-known music streaming services, such as Amazon Music, Pandora, Qobuz, SiriusXM, Tidal, and more. Additionally, the player includes Apple AirPlay 2, aptX Adaptive Bluetooth, Spotify Connect, and Tidal Connect functionalities.

The Bluesound NODE Nano streamer features a concise array of digital and analog connections, allowing integration with current audio equipment. This includes RCA, coaxial, and optical ports, in addition to a USB-A connection. Users can operate the device through a backlit front touch panel or via a dedicated mobile application. The Bluesound NODE Nano network streamer is currently available for a recommended retail price of $299.
