This latest series showcases a redesigned aesthetic and an improved internal architecture. The MS-1 PRE network player features a balanced configuration utilizing a combination of AKM AK4499EX and AK4191 chips for each channel, enabling it to handle high-resolution PCM streams of up to 24-bit 768 kHz, native DSD up to DSD512, and MQA.

Additionally, this model includes pre-amplifier outputs with integrated volume control. The user experience is enhanced by an appealing display with touch controls and the MA Player solution, complemented by the MA Remote App 4.0.
