The McIntosh MDA200 represents an innovative, upgradeable DAC originating from Binghamton, built upon the foundation of the company’s DA2 digital audio module. This cutting-edge technology first made its appearance in the C53 preamp and has since been incorporated into the premier MA12000 integrated amplifiers and C2700 preamps.

Featuring a state-of-the-art quad balanced 8-channel 32-bit digital-to-analog converter, the MDA200 enhances the listening experience by offering an extended dynamic range and reducing harmonic distortion.

Furthermore, it features both balanced and unbalanced analog outputs, complemented by the Roon Tested certification from Roon Labs, indicating optimized compatibility and performance with Roon’s software ecosystem.
