Métronome Technology has unveiled the AQWO 2+, a CD drive, DA converter and network player that receives its power from a separate matching housing. There are some photos and some sparse information about the new AQWO 2+, but technical data and price information are not yet available. We give a sneak peek of the Métronome AQWO 2+.

Métronome’s AQWO 2+ has been officially announced. An AQWO 2 equipped with a separate power supply as with the models t|AQWO2 and c|AQWO2.
With the AQWO2, Métronome already met the aspirations of the most demanding audiophiles with the most complete source on the market in one chassis, but the French manufacturer goes even further and takes the performance of its AQWO2 to the maximum with the + version .
The impact of a good power supply that is separated from the source and therefore housed in a separate enclosure should not be underestimated. Métronome has not yet released any other details.
