In 2025, the Danish firm DALI plans to broaden its range of all-weather speakers with the introduction of the Gardian OW 6 outdoor speakers, available in both white and black. This new offering will make its debut at the CEDIA 2024 exhibition, scheduled for September 5 to 7 in Denver, USA. While DALI has not disclosed specific technical details about the Gardian OW 6 prior to its unveiling, they have offered a preliminary overview of what consumers can anticipate.

The Gardian OW 6, like all DALI speakers, boasts a signature low-loss design, stable impedance, and wide dispersion, making it suitable for nearly any setting and amplification. Its sturdy enclosures provide DALI-quality sound for outdoor spaces such as terraces and pools, while ensuring long-lasting protection against water and dust for years of enjoyment. The DALI Gardian OW 6 is IP67 certified and incorporates a tool-free mounting system with click-in fixings for optimal placement. This straightforward solution, featuring the Click ‘n Connect mounting bracket, allows for quick and easy installation, even in the most demanding environments.

The DALI Guardian OW 6 loudspeakers are capable of functioning in temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +70 °C and can be installed in both portrait and landscape orientations. The connection points are fitted with spring-loaded terminals that are safeguarded by a removable cover.

The DALI Guardian OW 6 speakers are equipped with a waterproof 5 ¼” midrange/bass driver designed by DALI, along with a 1″ soft dome tweeter. The inclusion of passive radiators enhances bass performance while effectively keeping debris and moisture out of the enclosure, unlike traditional bass reflex ports. The DALI Guardian OW 6 all-weather speaker system comes in both white and black finishes. This new product is set to launch in early 2025, with recommended retail prices to be disclosed at a later date.
