The new Dynaudio Connect wireless transmitter for Dynaudio Focus XD and Dynaudio Xeo speakers takes connectivity and usability to the next level.
Connect is based on the Dynaudio Hub transmitter. Dynaudio has added Wi-Fi connectivity to Connect, Bluetooth (aptX, AAC) for streaming music from mobile devices such as smartphones, as well as support for 24bit/192kHz high-resolution file playback when connected via optical or digital audio input.
When used in conjunction with the Focus XD Connect, it is capable of delivering music to these speakers at 24-bit/96kHz resolution. In addition, it is possible to control the second generation of Dynaudio Xeo or Focus XD speakers using a special application developed for iOS, and use it instead of the remote control.
Smartphones and portable music devices easily connect wirelessly to Connect thanks to Bluetooth and support for A2DP, aptX and AAC protocols. With Dynaudio Connect, listening to music on Xeo (2nd generation) and Focus XD speakers is easier and more enjoyable than ever before. The transmitter is capable of operating at frequencies of 2.4, 5 and 5.8 GHz; The inputs include analog linear, optical, coaxial, mini-USB, service USB and a power connector.
