Mission 750

The English loudspeaker brand Mission has announced the launch of the Mission 750. This new compact two-way model builds on the previous Mission 700 and 770 , but the 750 is a bit smaller. The design is somewhat reminiscent of the past, but the 750 is now a contemporary speaker.

The Mission 750 is a two-way monitor speaker. This size speaker is also referred to as the “bookshelf speaker”. Its dimensions are 355 x 216 x 270 millimeters (H x W x D) and the retro-inspired industrial design is reminiscent of Mission’s early models, including the white fronts and the distinctive Mission logo.

One of the standout features of the Mission 750 is the inverted driver arrangement, a signature design element developed by Mission. This configuration, known as Inverted Driver Geometry (IDG), improves stereo imaging and delivers seamlessly coherent and transparent sound, according to Mission .

Peter Comeau, Mission’s Director of Acoustic Design, commented on the new speaker: “The 750 fits into Mission’s current portfolio as a compact speaker for those who admire the 770’s acclaimed retro design and captivating sound, but in the meantime, want a more compact and cheaper model.” Also read our review of the Mission 700 .
