Sonos Ace: TV Audio Swap now also works with Sonos Ray and Beam soundbars

A few weeks ago, Sonos introduced the Sonos Ace wireless headphones, which included a notable feature: the TV Audio Swap. This functionality allows users to seamlessly switch the audio source and is compatible not only with the Sonos Arc soundbar but also with other models, including the Sonos Beam (Gen 2), Sonos Beam (Gen 1), and Sonos Ray.

The process is straightforward: after pairing the headphones with the soundbar, simply press the “Content” button located on the right earbud or choose the option via the Sonos app to seamlessly transfer audio from the soundbar to the headphones. The TV Audio Swap feature is particularly useful for late-night viewing when you wish to enjoy a movie or television show without disturbing others nearby. To utilize the TV Audio Swap feature, ensure you have the latest version of the Sonos app downloaded. One of the advantages of using Sonos Ace headphones is the ability to experience Dolby Atmos, complemented by dynamic head tracking that maintains the audio focus in the center, even as you turn your head.
