The Swiss company Stenheim announced the start of sales of a new model of floor-standing speaker systems Alumine Two.Five , characterized by high sensitivity and the use of aluminum in the construction of the cabinets.
More precisely, the Stenheim Alumine Two.Five enclosures are made entirely of aluminum, which creates an excellent mechanical platform for two woofers with 170 mm diameter cellulose cones . The model has a two-way design; a tweeter with a 26 mm soft dome is responsible for reproducing the high-frequency range. The round bass reflex port is located on the front panel.
The overall sensitivity of the system is 93 dB , nominal impedance is 4 Ohms , constant power input is 125 Watts , up to 250 Watts peak. Overall dimensions of each speaker – 945 x 230 x 275 mm , weight – 45 kg . The speakers are produced in the company’s own factory in the canton of Valais and come with a set of cleats with bearings.
The Stenheim Alumine Two.Five floorstanding loudspeakers will be available to order in the US market in December 2023.
