The Audio-Technica AT-LPW50PB vinyl turntable is designed for the highest quality record playback in every way. It uses a 30mm thick MDF anti-resonance plinth (base) to dampen low frequency acoustic feedback. The turntable offers speeds of 33-1/3 and 45 rpm, and its bevel drive ensures quiet, stable playback and isolation from motor and mechanical noise. To ensure precise and quiet playback, the AT-LPW50PB features a professional-grade die-cast aluminum platter driven by a speed sensor motor that ensures continuous, precise rotation of the platter.
The straight matte black carbon fiber tonearm of the Audio-Technica AT-LPW50PB turntable features an AT-VM95E moving magnet (MM) cartridge that comes pre-installed on the upgraded AT-HS4 universal headshell. The AT-VM95E cartridge utilizes Audio-Technica’s exclusive Dual Magnet design, which places magnets precisely aligned with the left and right channels of the stereo groove record. Thus, the VM design provides superior channel separation, stereo imaging, and record groove tracking. Additionally, the AT-VM95E is compatible with any Audio-Technica AT-VM95 series replacement stylus, providing a wide range of upgrade options.
The Audio-Technica AT-LPW50PB player is equipped with a built-in phono preamplifier, which allows the player to be used with music and home entertainment systems, active speakers and audio-video receivers that do not have their own phono preamplifier. It comes with height-adjustable feet that provide isolation from external vibration and allow you to accurately level the turntable. The Audio-Technica AT-LPW50PB features an external power supply to isolate the turntable from unwanted electrical noise. The Audio-Technica AT-LPW50PB comes with a rubber mat, flip-up dust cover, detachable dual RRCA interconnect cable and 45 RPM adapter.
