The TEAC TN-3B vinyl player is equipped with a belt drive. The player chassis has good anti-resonance characteristics and is finished with natural wood veneer.

The DC electric motor has a high torque and is decoupled from the housing using a special rubber damper cushion. A durable flat urethane belt is used to transfer energy from the motor to the platter. TEAC TN-3B has an electronic rotation speed switch of 33 or 45 rpm. The TEAC TN-3B platter is made of aluminum and has significant mass for reliable damping of the record.

The player is equipped with a statically balanced S-shaped tonearm, which was developed jointly with SAEC. The tonearm ensures reliable reading of the record’s soundtrack thanks to the use of high-precision support bearings. The TEAC TN-3B comes pre-installed with a Sumiko Oyster MM pickup. The cartridge is mounted on a standard shell, which will allow you to replace it with any other one in the future if desired.

The TEAC TN-3B player is equipped with a built-in phono stage, so it can be connected to any free line input of an integrated amplifier or AV receiver. The corrector circuit is based on low-noise operational amplifiers NJM8080, so it has minimal distortion and provides high-quality and balanced sound. Another functional feature of this model is a built-in ADC with a USB output, thanks to which you can digitize music recordings on records and transfer them to your computer’s hard drive. TEAC TN-3B is capable of digitizing with parameters up to 16 bits / 48 kHz.
