Well-known American audio device manufacturer Sonos is allegedly working on a new budget soundbar , the Fury , according to unconfirmed information online.
So, a source on the website The Verge reports that he got acquainted with the images and characteristics of the device and recreated its appearance graphically.
Recall that in the current line of Sonos there are two soundbars – Arc and Beam , offered in various configurations. Moreover, the first belongs to the premium segment (at a price of 899 US dollars), and the second belongs to the middle segment (449 US dollars).
So adding a third budget soundbar to them seems like a very smart marketing decision. The Fury is more compact than it needs to be, doesn’t support Dolby Atmos or voice control, and probably won’t even come with HDMI ports . Developers make such sacrifices to make the new product as affordable as possible at a price of $ 249 .
One of the features of Fury is that this device can be used with Sonos Arc as a rear speaker due to the special angle of the speakers, which enhance the spatial effect in this arrangement.
It is expected that the Sonos Fury will be available in white and black versions and will hit the market in early June.
